We offer FREE economy 3-4 day delivery on all orders with no minimum order quantity. The Free Delivery is only in Mainland UK. If ordered before 1 pm, Monday - Friday, your order will be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated*. Items are not despatched on weekends. We know getting your items delivered safely and on time is critical. That’s why we’ve selected DPD for next day delivery.
Free Delivery Orders with an order value of less £99 are shipped via Evri.
We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD for orders value £99 & above. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well.
International Shipping
We now ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders will be sent by a trackable method with DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. We delivery to most countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North & South America. Please see the checkout page for an accurate quote for your country.
Return Policy
We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 14 days of receiving it.
All products available in variable lengths are cut and customized from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls according to your specific requirements. Only a limited number of items are pre-made.
Since our made-to-measure items, such as LED Strip Lights or Neon Flex Lights, are customized specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it, as these items are considered special orders and are non-refundable once processed.
However, if you purchase a full 50-metre roll, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are excluded from our returns and refund policy, including goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed according to your requirements. Orders with different cutting lengths, or any order over £50 in value, are classified as custom and therefore do not qualify for a refund or return if there is no fault with the product. These orders require significant time and effort to prepare.
All the accessories such as power supplies, power adapters, controllers, drivers and profiles are returnable.
Please note that any amendments done to the lights voids the warranty on the product, this also includes taking the plug of the AC 220V 240V strip or neon light.

*For outdoor use, Heat Shrinks and PVC Glue is used on the Plug Connection and the End Cap to protect Strip against water damage. For outdoor use silicone sealant and heat shrink must be used on the front & tail end of the LED Neon Flex. Incorrect Ingress Protection will void the warranty.
This product is supplied with a Rectifier Cable, Heat Shirnk and an End Cap. For perfect IP67 protection, the client must make sure to protect these lights and the plugs correctly.
This Neon strip can be cut every 20 cm, and it is indicated on the strip itself where the cut should be made, making it possible to completely adapt it to the space. Never cut outside the marked cutting mark, otherwise, the fragment will be totally unusable. Never turn on the Neon LED strips when they are coiled up, this could cause overheating and burn the LEDs.

All the AC 220V LED Strips & LED Neon Flex are prohibited to use underwater or near a swimming pool & water fountain. If you want to use the LED Strip or Neon Flex near or inside a swimming pool, bathroom, or sauna then use an IP68 Waterproof DC 12V or DC 24 IP67 LED Strip & Neon Flex. If you want to use the LED Neon Flex underwater then use a DC 12V or DC 24 LED Neon Flex IP68 Waterproof.
Please note the connection plug lead is non-waterproof and needs to be kept in a dry place.
Important Note:
This product is not suitable for recessed outdoor installations on the ground or any surface. For such applications, you need an IP68 neon flex, which is specifically designed for outdoor recessed use. Any amendments or Improper use of the product voids the warranty.
