Shipping Policy

We offer FREE economy 3-4 day delivery on all orders with no minimum order quantity. The Free Delivery is only in the Mainland UK. All paid orders over £99 are shipped via one of our DPD Next Day Delivery.

Next Day Delivery

All orders above £99 are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery. If ordered placed before 2 pm from Monday - Thursday & 1pm on Friday, your order will be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated*.

Orders placed after the cut off time will be dispatched the next working day.

Items are not despatched on weekends. We know getting your items delivered safely and on time is critical. That’s why we’ve selected the best delivery services available.

Order placed on Friday for next-day delivery (before 1pm cut off time) will be delivered on Monday. If you want your parcels to be delivered on Saturday then please choose Saturday delivery.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.Please make sure to put in the right address any parcels lost due to the wrong address would not be the responsibility of UK LED Lights LTD. We wont be liable for the loss of parcel if the wrong address is put in by the customer.

International Shipping

We now ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders will be sent by a trackable method with DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. We delivery to most countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North & South America. Please see the checkout page for an accurate quote for your country.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it. We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 14 days of receiving it.

All products available in variable lengths are cut and customized from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls according to your specific requirements. Only a limited number of items are pre-made.

Since our made-to-measure items, such as LED Strip Lights or Neon Flex Lights, are customized specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it, as these items are considered special orders and are non-refundable once processed.

However, if you purchase a full 50-metre roll, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are excluded from our returns and refund policy, including goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed according to your requirements. Orders with different cutting lengths, or any order over £50 in value, are classified as custom and therefore do not qualify for a refund or return if there is no fault with the product. These orders require significant time and effort to prepare.

All the unused accessories such as power supplies, power adapters, controllers, drivers and profiles are returnable. 

Please note that any amendments done to the lights voids the warranty on the product, which includes taking the plug off the 220V 240V led strip or neon flex and hardwiring it.
